This dual level, easy-living home offers two separate living areas. The ground level living area offers a TV, DVD player, Play Station 3, and an open fireplace, perfect for those cool winter nights. There is also an array of games, DVDs and books available for your enjoyment.

On the first floor, adjacent to the open plan kitchen/dining area is a sitting area, with a TV, Bluetooth Sound System, sofa and coffee table, ideal for relaxing with a good book and glass of wine.

The fully equipped kitchen offers all of your essentials, including: fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, gas stove and an Aldi coffee pod machine. Indoor dining is available for 6.

The front decking area on the first floor also offers a BBQ and outdoor dining facilities for 6.

The property also has a spacious grassed backyard, with plenty of space for a game of backyard cricket or soccer.

Bathroom facilities include: main bathroom upstairs includes separate shower, separate bath, vanity and separate toilet. Second bathroom on ground floor has separate shower, vanity and toilet.

Laundry facilities include: top loader washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing facilities and outdoor clothesline.
